  3. Once your intention is clear, light your candle with the belief that the flame will send all of your intentions out into the universe.

If you have a journal, you can use that, if not grab a piece of paper and a pen and write about what it feels like, looks like, sounds like, smells like to receive this prosperity and abundance-be as specific as possible with this and write it as if it’s happening right now. Once you have finished this step, you can either leave this page in your journal-or-fold the paper 3 times and place it next to your candle.

  4. With your intention in mind, close your eyes and imagine a ball of white light glowing around you. Starting at the top of your head, imagine this white light moving through you gently removing any stress, fatigue, or unwanted energies from your aura.

ATTRACT LOVE

When you have inished writing, tear out your paper and dispose of it—this will symbolize “disposing” of these unwanted energies.
